If you are into open-housing, are an architecture enthusiast, or are on the look-out for a home to buy, I would recommend a visit to 2960 Linden Avenue in Berkeley’s Elmwood neighborhood this Sunday.
The house was designed by noted Bay Area architect Bernard Maybeck in 1902 for a site on Regent Street and moved, in 1959, to its current location. And it is quite lovely.
