Students, cooks, and food fans created the world’s longest sushi roll Sunday at a marathon sushi-rolling session at UC Berkeley.
The amateur chefs created a 330-foot long sushi roll — 30 feet longer than the world record set in Hawaii in 2001.
It took 200 pounds of rice, 80 pounds each of avocado and cucumber and 180 pounds of fish. Some parts of the roll were stuffed with tofu for those who don’t eat fish.
