Basketball on unicycles: yes it exists. And it’s happening right on our doorstep.

In fact The Berkeley Revolution, our local team, will be representing the USA at the “World Cup” of unicycle basketball in New Zealand. Here’s what they have to say:

Yes, we’re serious. Yes, we follow all the rules. Yes, we dribble. YES, we have a very strong chance of bringing home Gold.

The Berkeley Revolution is holding a free public exhibition game to show off their skills and raise funds. It takes place on Friday December 11, 8-10pm at the Berkeley Adult School Gym on West Campus Street.

Doors at 7 pm,  they will play two 20-minute halves, with halftime entertainment by comedian, juggler, and team member Frank Olivier.
