The Daily Californian is reporting that one of its reporters was arrested Thursday while covering the March 4 protests against cuts to public education.

Cameron Burns, 18, who produces content for the newspaper’s website, is still in jail, according to the paper.

“He was last seen by Daily Californian employees filming a rally in Oakland, where 150 protesters were reportedly arrested for blocking a freeway,” the paper reports. “He is charged with obstruction of a public place and unlawful assembly, the same charges facing most of those who were arrested, according to jail officials. His bail is posted at $3,000, and his arraignment is set for April 6.”
