Berkeleyside Colleen Neff took this photo of an Art Car with a hair-grooming theme. We spot Amoeba’s Marc Weinstein in the background giving the car an admiring glance. Not surprising perhaps given his “significant” hair style. Amoeba sponsored the Art Car Fest in Berkeley on Friday.
