A sailing boat got into trouble on the Berkeley Marina yesterday afternoon. The sailor of the capsized boat was helped to safety as the boat butted up against the rocks on choppy water. Nobody was injured. Berkeleysider and citizen reported Catherine Meng sent in the video above.
