The mood was mellow as well as celebratory at the 2011 Solano Stroll, as the community came out to enjoy themselves while at the same time remembering the events of 10 years ago on 9/11. Captured here, by citizen reporters Nancy Rubin and Bill Chapman, are some of the day’s special moments.
