On Monday, Berkeleyside will bring together leading figures to talk about the strengths and weaknesses of the city for startups.

Is Berkeley’s reputation as a business-hostile place merited? Are things changing for the better? How can one nurture innovation here?

Startup Berkeley, which takes place at the Freight & Salvage in downtown Berkeley, is an essential evening if you’re an entrepreneur, are thinking of launching a business, or are simply interested in discussing how to improve the business climate in Berkeley.
