Friedrich is the last of six awesome puppies that The Milo Foundation rescued recently. They are great pups! He is pictured here chillin’ with his sister Brigitta, who has a home to go to.
These are herding bred mixed puppies, and will need LOTS of time, exercise, more time, patience, and then will reward you with lots of love and affection and fun.
If you think that you can provide this, and a lifetime home, please come and meet this adorable boy at our weekend adoption events. The next one is Saturday May 26th, 12-4, at the Rockridge Pet Food Express store at Broadway/51st Street in Oakland.
Berkeleyside’s Saturday column, “Adopt a Pet”, hopes to help match pets with a home and loving owners in our community. We partner with the Milo Foundation and Berkeley Animal Care Services to introduce just one of many pets that can be adopted. The Milo Foundation, a nonprofit, no-kill organization, provides an alternative for homeless pets throughout Northern California, through education, adoption services, and sanctuary until permanent homes can be found. Contact them directly to find out the more than 300 wonderful animals that are available for adoption.
