Update, Jan. 4, 11:45 a.m. We received one guess below and several on Facebook, but no one managed to land the location, though S. Kovari was very close on the dish itself. This is a kale salad with pear, blue cheese, red wine vinegar and olive oil, tomatoes and pickled onions, served over at Stag’s Lunchette in Oakland, 362 17th St.
