Unsurprisingly, Berkeleyans enjoy Halloween. From the crowds on Russell Street (pro tip: you need between 3,000 and 4,000 pieces of candy to hand out) to the innocence of the smallest children in Berkeley schools, there were a few frights, plenty of clever costumes, houses dressed to the nines, and lots of smiles and candy.
