Last week saw the launch of NOSH Weekly, a free weekly email that points to the best, most interesting, most mouth-watering stories about food, restaurants, chefs and more in the East Bay.

Sign up to receive NOSH Weekly: your free weekly East Bay food email

Berkeleyside launched its standalone food section NOSH in November 2012. Unlike its host, NOSH covers cities other than Berkeley — from Oakland to Kensington, scooping up El Cerrito, Alameda and Albany on the way.

NOSH has published more than 900 stories since its launch — there’s the weekly Bites column that brings you the latest restaurant openings (and, sometimes, closings) and highlights the food events going on locally; there are new restaurant reports; profiles of artisanal food producers; interviews with chefs; 2-minute video tips on honing your cooking and entertaining skills; recipes; Ms Barstool’s cocktail bar reviews … and so much more.

It can be hard to keep up. Which is where NOSH Weekly comes in: we curate a selection of our best coverage and deliver it to your inbox fresh, and free, on Thursday mornings.

NOSH Weekly will help you decide where to go to dinner and keep you in the know on the local food scene so you have lots to talk about once you’re there! Sign up now.

Connect with NOSH on Facebook, follow NOSH on Twitter, and subscribe to the free NOSH Weekly email.
