Saturday afternoon, hundreds of friends and family members came together at a skate park in Berkeley to remember Terrence McCrary Jr., who was fatally shot in Oakland one year ago in August. McCrary was a fixture for many years at the skate park, which now bears memorial plaques in his name. The young man would have been 24 on Friday. No arrest has been made in his killing. A more detailed report will follow on Berkeleyside.
