Berkeleyside’s comments section is a lively forum. We average about 160 comments each day. Our team reviews each post to ensure it complies with our policy, but we know it’s an imperfect system. We want to make it better, but we need your help.
Some of the suggestions we’ve heard — e.g. requiring real names and limiting comment frequency — aren’t possible with our current system (the same one used by many newsrooms).
