Mayor Arreguín and some members of the City Council are focused on hemming in law enforcement rather than reducing crime. They should do an about face and make Berkeley safer.

The push to give the PRC more authority over the police department is unneeded and unwarranted in Berkeley, which has an excellent department. Stop this misplaced zealotry.
