Albany residents raise funds for restaurant parklets

Residents helped Solano Avenue restaurants build outdoor dining spaces, now they are fundraising to keep the businesses afloat until restrictions are lifted.

The Safeway supermarket on Shattuck Avenue formerly known as Andronico’s will return to its old name by end of 2019, says Safeway.

Safeway is considering bringing back Andronico’s brand to Berkeley

The supermarket chain that bought two Andronico’s stores and rebranded them as Safeway Community Markets in 2017 has brought back the old family moniker for some of its stores; Berkeley may be next.

Berkeley unveils preliminary designs to make Milvia Street safer for cyclists

Gordo Taqueria will pay $690,000 to settle employee lawsuit

Ford GoBike to deploy 500 electric bikes in the East Bay
