A Red Flag Warning has been issued for Berkeley and the East Bay hills due to gusty offshore winds and dry conditions.
PG&E has not indicated it is planning to cut power during the wind event, but said plans could change.
The Red Flag Warning due to low humidity and windy conditions will be in place Sunday evening through Monday evening.
