A southbound train headed to San Jose struck and killed someone on the tracks around 9:15 a.m. Tuesday, according to the railway.
The Alameda County Sheriff’s Office’s Coroner’s Bureau identified the victim as 56-year-old Selana Eileen “Sissy” Williams.
