Police: Man charged after leaving fake bomb with anti-Jewish slurs at UCPD

A man authorities say brought a fake bomb featuring “anti Jewish writings” into the UC Berkeley Police Department has been charged with dropping off the sham explosive, but not a hate crime, according to court papers.
