In this week’s blotter: an 18-year-old reported having been raped on Grizzly Peak, an elderly man with mental issues tried to rob a bank using a note, there was a high-speed chase and crash on Dohr, and a local sandwich shop owner said he was underwhelmed by the police response when he found a drugged-out man locked in the bathroom when the owner came in to open the shop one morning.
