17-year-old arrested in attempted murder

Berkeley police have arrested a 17-year-old Berkeley High School junior in connection with allegedly shooting his 14-year-old best friend on Oct. 30. The shooting happened at 3:26 p.m. in the 1500 block of Alcatraz Avenue.
