Police seized several more ghost guns in recent weeks, along with 10 ounces of cocaine and nearly $7,000 cash discovered after a shoplifting call at REI.
Witnesses provided information that led to the identification of the suspect, BPD said Friday.
The projects include affordable housing on church properties in South Berkeley and the Homekey hotel in Northwest Berkeley.
