A construction delay prevented the middle school from moving into its new Berkeley site right away, according to REALM’s director.
The vote, by the Berkeley School Board, takes the possibility of revocation of REALM’s charter off the table for now.
REALM Middle School has until April to provide a remedy plan for its fiscal issues, or BUSD could vote to revoke its charter.
