Update: Man and woman who died in Berkeley Hills crash now identified

On Thursday, authorities identified the individuals who died as Anthony Rollins, 64, and Ruby Edwards, 57.

The cyclist who reportedly struck a female pedestrian waiting at a Berkeley stoplight earlier this month, causing serious injuries to himself and the woman, may not ever recover from the crash, authorities said Tuesday.

Berkeley woman charged with leaving scene of traffic fatality by Ashby BART
